Providing members with opportunities for professional development through conferences and in-service offerings and as well as opportunities to engage in dialogue with colleagues in the advocacy and public sectors is important to ARRM’s mission. Thus throughout the year, a variety of events and training seminars are held.

These include not only the Annual Spring Conference and the variety of workshop opportunities, but also CFO meetings and training as well as the Leadership Conference in the fall. Members are able to attend these events at a reduced rate. Training seminars are developed based on the identified needs of the members and on current hot issues in the field.

Staff Training

ARRM believes strongly in the professional development of its members and their employees.
