Sue Schettle head shot   Sue Schettle, Chief Executive Officer
Sue serves as ARRM's CEO. Prior to joining ARRM, she was the CEO of the Twin Cities Medical Society, a membership association representing more than 4,000 physicians from the 7-County Metropolitan Area, leading several ground-breaking public health initiatives on behalf of members. Sue provides the strategic vision and organizational management for ARRM, working collaboratively with the Board of Directors, staff and members to ensure the association is a leading voice in the advocacy for community-based providers and the people they support.

Sara Grafstrom head shot   Sara Grafstrom, Director of State and Federal Policy
Sara leads all ARRM’s government affairs and public policy advocacy efforts at both the state and federal level, as well as the leading ARRM staff representative to the Best Life Alliance. She is the primary staff for the Public Affairs Committee, the Workforce Solutions Committee and the Advocacy Partners Group. She also provides support to the Public Relations Committee.

  Kevin Zabel, Director of  Marketing and Communications
Kevin leads ARRM’s marketing and communications initiatives to drive member engagement, including the Technology Resource Center and sponsorships. In addition to directing communications, he is responsible for public relations, the website, social media, and supports ARRM's grassroots advocacy and legislative affairs. Kevin is the primary staff for the Public Relations Committee.

Ken Bence, Director of Research, Analysis and Policy
Ken leads ARRM’s research and policy arm, breaking down and assessing public policy while developing essential data and research analysis systems to inform ARRM's legislative and public affairs. He brings over 20 years of experience in public health and managed care, as well as healthcare analytics, to this role. Ken provides staff leadership to the Financial Resources Committee and Alternative Payment Model Workgroup.

Ashley Wear, Director of Events and Promotions
Ashley leads the planning and promotion of ARRM’s conferences and educational events. She is responsible for the organization and execution of monthly trainings, Business and Finance Forums, Day at the Capital, Annual Conference, Leadership Conference, the ARRM Leadership Institute and various other offerings that happen throughout the year. She is also the primary staff for the Education Committee and supports the work of the Executive Committee on strategic content and program development. Ashley also works closely with the Director of Member Communications on marketing and social media promotions, sponsorship opportunities, and serves as the historian of ARRM events.

Madeleine Lerner, Grassroots Organizer and Manager of Social Media
Madeleine leads ARRM's advocacy efforts and serves as the grassroots contact for ARRM members and state legislators. She is responsible for organizing events regarding public policy such as Day at the Capitol and the Leadership Conference. Madeleine works closely with the Director of State and Federal Policy on legislative issues and member outreach. She also contributes to ARRM's online and social media presence by documenting organization and member events.  Madeleine is a staff representative on the Best Life Alliance Steering Committee and the Workforce Solutions Committee.

Rachel Dyer, Director of Finance
Rachel Dyer supports all financial aspects of ARRM's business operations and dues processing.  She supports member services as well by leading the data integrity focus for the association as well as supporting the member services outreach.  Rachel is the primary staff person for ARRM's finance committee and is the go-to person for dues processing and AP/AR issues.
