ARRM Annual Conference: Schedule

  The Conference's new schedule takes advantage of more focused breakout session tracks catering to specific positions, as well as staggered session times, to keep the conference free flowing and maximize opportunities to learn, network, and connect with exhibitors. Even in a one-day conference, there are more than five hours of education available to attendees, in addition to two keynote speakers and a host of alternative development options.  







The Conference schedule also takes into consideration the staff scheduling demands on organizations. The conference starts later in the morning to allow frontline staff to support their homes' morning routines, and sessions specifically for DSPs wrap up earlier in the afternoon to enable scheduling for evening shifts.  



General Conference Schedule

Business and Finance Forum and Pre-Conference Reception: Wednesday, June 24

Happy Hour and Welcome Reception: After the Business and Finance Forum there will be an opportunity for attendees, coworkers, exhibitors, sponsors, and ARRM staff to come together to network and connect, particularly those participating in both events, traveling to the conference from Greater Minnesota and staying overnight.

Conference Day: Thursday, June 25




 

7:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Registration and Morning Mingle

An extra long registration time to allow for a full hot breakfast to be served (7:30-8:15) and a morning reception with lighter fare and refreshments to kick things off and give attendees time to connect with exhibitors right off the bat.

 







8:00 - 8:45 a.m. - Early Bird Session

A limited seating early bird session developed by ARRM staff.

 






 

9:00 - 10:15 a.m. - Conference Opening Keynote

The Conference officially begins with the opening keynote speaker, James Robilotta, and his presentation, "Leading Imperfectly: The Value of Being Authentic for Leaders, Professionals, and Human Beings!"

10:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Morning Staggered Breakout Sessions (5 total)

Five 60-90 minute breakout sessions with staggered start times so attendees can take advantage of more of the conference.

 







11:30 - 1:00 p.m. - Rolling Lunch

Box lunch served as part of conference registration. Time to grab lunch after your morning session ends, fuel up and reconnect with co-workers, and visit exhibitor booths or other conference options before the afternoon sessions begin. The standard lunch break between similarly scheduled sessions is 75 minutes.

 







12:45 - 3:15 p.m. - Afternoon Staggered Breakout Sessions (10 total)

 







3:15 - 3:45 p.m. - Joint Break and Exhibits

 







3:45 - 5:00 p.m. - Keynote and Conference Closing

Keynote speaker Bob Lenz delivers an important message for attendees in his talk "Dignity Revolution!".
