Availability Monday-Friday 7am-9pm
Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour (Family Services)
This is a float position, shifts will be scheduled within the above availbility.
Located throughout the Twin Cities Metro, Pathways to Community is a human services provider offering family and residential services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Our Program Support Professional II's (PSP II) are key players in the quality of care we offer. Success in this role comes through building meaningful long-term relationships with the Individuals we serve.

Our Program Support Professional II's?will train new staff as they enter the program on the Individuals that the FS Program serves and be On Call to serve Individuals, if necessary. They will serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways, which may include:
Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares?
Work within several different programs (In-Home 1:1 and Respite)
Train new staff as needed
Cook?and help with housework
Provide constant supervision
Transport individuals?to appointments and community events
To be considered for position with us, you must:
Must be at least 19 years old
Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
Hold an acceptable driving record
Be able to provide services listed above within reasonable accommodation
Possess strong communication skills
Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
Be able to pass a Department of Human Services and nationwide criminal background check
Be on call/available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week; (M-F) 7am-9pm
Shifts will be assigned within this time period
Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
