Assistant Program Manager II-SILS
Location/Hours: Anoka Service Center in Coon Rapids
Monday through Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm-hours vary depending on the supports needed for persons served and/or staff
Compensation: $17.41/hour PLUS Benefits!
The purpose of this position is to direct person served services and supervisory and training support, maintaining multiple priorities in a timely, effective, and efficient manner as a Designated Coordinator so that expectations of the people we support and Opportunity Partners standards are both maintained. This position is in our SILS department (Semi-Independent Living Services).

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle and transport people in one’s own vehicle
Must show proof of valid motor vehicle insurance
Must meet standards to qualify as a Designated Coordinator. A 4-year degree in Human Services or a related field plus at least one year of experience in the field preferred. A two-year degree with two years of experience may be considered.
