Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
Location: Koch Campus in Minnetonka
This position is to supervise Production Workers and Temporary Workers assuring production is completed on time to the specifications set by the customer and/or Opportunity Partners. The incumbent also will be required to produce parts as part of the shift production crew.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in written English
Willingness and ability to cross train into all functions of the position
Willingness and ability to assist in the training of new or temporary employees
Ability to effectively communicate with others in a professional manner while staying on task in a fast paced work environment
Interest in working in a packaging and assembly facility which employs individual with developmental disabilities including those with behaviors
Excellent reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to give attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter
Ability to be forklift certified
Physical ability to meet essential functions of the position
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Strong computer skills/data entry skills
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
Willingness to maintain flexibility in hours as jobs vary

Persons Served: None
Knowledge customarily acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma or equivalent. Two to four years experience in a factory/warehouse setting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
